Each Tein Basic Coilover is height adjustable via the spring seat and has a 1 year manufacture warranty against defects. TEIN Type SS Coilover Kit

The benefits of going with a coilover such as the TEIN Type Basic, is that you do not need to buy seperate lowering springs or performance shocks. Many people are worried that when they buy lowering springs, that their factory shocks won't be able to support it, and the shocks will blow. With a coilover kit such as the TEIN Type Basic, everything is balanced and set for each other, so there is no need to worry about incompatibility between the parts.

Each Tein Type Basic is designed for the specific application, and comes with specially set coilover springs that are designed for the size and weight of your vehicle. This ensures that each coilover kit is not going to be too stiff, too soft, or bouncy.

The TEIN Basics are designed to be lowered completely, or at the highest setting, and for the shock to not blow. So at any ride height that you choose, you will not need to worry about the longevity of the system. These coilovers require you to re-use the factory top hats, also known as the strut mount.
