The Tanabe Strut Tower Bar is one of the least expensive yet effective suspension upgrades available. The Tanabe Strut Tower Bar connects your two front or two rear strut towers together. What this does is reduce flex in your chassis, and keeps your car stiff around turns, and is noticeable for daily driving, autox, or competition racing.

The Tanabe Strut Tower Bar has a special centershaft that is reinforced extruded aluminum and has dual reinforced lips. So how is this Tanabe strut bar different than the cheap EBay alternatives? The EBay strut bars have no engineering behind them, and flex, which defeats the purpose of having a strut tower bar. Also, the Tanabe Strut Bar has a lightweight centershaft, so you don't add much weight to reinforce the chassis. Each Tanabe Strut Bar end plate is 100% steel, and unlike those cheap EBay bars, is much more resistant to bending and flexing, so that chassis stress gets transferred to the bar properly.
