The Megan Racing Radiator Breather Tank is designed to be a more efficient way to fill and maintain the cooling system, and ensure any air in the system can escape. The Megan Racing Radiator Breather Tank works by allowing you to connect popular coolant passages such as the lower radiator hose, cylinder head, expansion tank or radiator neck in key spots together, to allow your system to vent, so no air bubbles will get trapped in the system, causing coolant to not flow optimally, and cause you to overheat.

One of the most crucial aspects to maintaining your engine, and your car's performance, is ensuring your engine can run cool, and the cooling system can operate as intended. Especially on modified vehicles, the cooling system requires extra attention. We recommend the Megan Racing Radiator Breather Tank, and recommend this for any stock or modified vehicle.

Megan Racing Radiator Breather Tank (Universal Fitment)

The Megan Racing Radiator Breather Tank includes:

1 - 1/8NPT 3/8" Barb Fitting
1 - M5x1.0 5/16" Barb Fitting
1 - 4-Port Aluminum Breather Tank
6" of 3/8 Clear Hose
Installation Hardware

The tank utilizes an N-Type radiator cap that is rated at 1.1Kg/cm which is suitable for most performance applications. For the system to operate properly, the Radiator should utilize a Seal-Cap that allows coolant to flow through to the Breather Tank. We currently do not have these Seal Caps, but will offer them shortly. In the meantime, you should be able to get them from a local auto parts store. Once we have this part, we will update this product.

To properly plumb into the Lower Radiator Hose you may utilize one of our Water Temp Sensor adapters, the fittings included with the breather tank are compatible with the Megan Racing Water Temp Sensor Adapters.
