The Injen Power Flow Cold Air Intake kit isn't like standard intakes for your truck. Unlike many other manufactures, Injen straps each truck to the dyno, and doesn't stop until their intake out performs other intakes with both peak horsepower and torque numbers, as well as useable power through the RPM band. Each dyno pulls brings the Injen Research and Development team closer to discovering the perfect length, best air filter size, and if your particular truck or SUV needs a heat shield or can benefit from another piece of Injen technology. The Injen Power Flow Cold Air Intake kit is fully integrated with Injen's air inducer, air stabalizer, and velocity stack which gives you smooth clean power for anything from going to the grocery store, to towing that boat up the steep grade.

Not all of the Injen Power Flow Cold Air Intakes come with the Power box heat shield. If Injen does not see a power gain, it will not be included. Sometimes the Power Box simply won't fit in the engine bay, or might actually reduce power, and in these cases it is definitely not included.

The Injen Power Flow Cold Air Intake bolts on with no drilling, and has a lifetime warranty on the tube and filter. All Injen Power Flow Intakes are CARB legal or CARB pending.
