The AEM Water Injection kit can inject both water and methanol and is designed to be universal so you can use it on any forced induction gas engine or diesel engine, and has various size jets so all you do is plug it in, and go!
The AEM Methanol injection kit reduces air temperatures which reduces exhaust gas temperature or EGT, so you can run higher boost, and more timing without having to run race fuel. With this water injection kit, it's similar to running 100 octane gas at all times!
The standard kit comes with a one gallon tank with fluid level sensor and everything you need for install. Each kit comes with a boost safe output so you can retard timing or reduce boost in the event that the system runs out of fluid or has an error. Safety first with the AEM water injection kit!
The AEM kit is boost dependent and has a variable flow progressive controller to determine he amount of water and methanol mixture to feed into the inlet stream. It will feed up to a 50% water/methanol mix via it's 150 PSI pump.
