How can I replace the fluid in my automatic trans?
Some cars have an automatic transmission that does not have a drain plug, so you would need to remove your Transmission Oil Pan in order to drain the fluid. Before you do, check the level of your fluid with the dipstick to make sure your transmission is not consuming oil. After you drain the oil, put on a brand new automatic transmission oil pan gasket, and reinstall the pan. Fill the fluid according to manufactures specs listed in the owners manual.
